This tour will incorporate the best of regional Victorian whisky and urban distilling in Melbourne.
Join us for a hearty two-course lunch with beer or wine in conversation with Timboon Railway Shed Distillery’s owner and head distiller, Josh Walker. Lunch will include sampling of the Timboon range over tales of Victoria’s illicit whisky history.
After lunch, we’ll visit Starward Distillery to learn about founder David Vitale’s vision to produce an approachable, modern and distinctly Australian whisky. Enjoy VIP access at Starward’s impressive distillery in Port Melbourne, discover the whisky production process and enjoy a guided whisky tasting of Starward’s core range and special projects.
Meet at Lamaros restaurant, 273-279 Cecil St, South Melbourne for a 12:30 start. The tour will end at Starward Distillery, 50 Bertie Street Port Melbourne, at 16:30.

- 8+ tastings of whisky during the afternoon;

- discounted purchases on the day;
- VIP tour of the production process and master class tasting at Starward Distillery;
- transfers from Lamaros to Starward distillery;
- Optional Extra: Bottle your own 200ml special bottle of cask strength whisky, directly from the barrel (additional $85)
